Featuring the Golf Courses of Canada's Golf Destination

The Kootenay Golf Trail features 18-hole championship golf courses on the  west side of the Kootenay Rockies region.    The International gateways are the Canadian Rockies International Airport (in Cranbrook, BC) and the Spokane International Airport in Washington state (United States).

The northern 'Golf Trail Connector' will connect you to the east side of the region and the Rockies Golf Trail, via Highway #1.    Located along this stretch of highway are two golf courses, the Revelstoke Golf Club and the Golden Golf & Country Club.

The Revelstoke Golf Club is a classic, traditional course set within giant cedars and hemlocks in one of the prettiest mountain cities in Canada.    While, the Golden Golf & Country Club is a special place where fairways skirt the banks of mighty rivers, greens sit eloquently beneath spruce trees and creeks charge from their mountain domains.

And the layout of the Redstone course flows perfectly with the sites natural amphitheatre and features significant elevation changes with breathtaking views. Golf shot challenges featured throughout the course will provide rewarding and memorable play for golfers of all levels.

The front nine at Redstone, which consists of three par-3’s, three par-4’s and three par-5’s, provides golfers with absolutely beautiful site lines from tee to green.  The exciting back nine has a timeless and traditional feel and also offers spine-tingling views.  Together, the two nines meld together to form a ‘Signature ’ Furber experience you won’t soon forget.

Located on a secluded plateau set against a mountain, the Castlegar Golf Club is only minutes from the bustle of downtown Castlegar.   No houses intrude; only deer and bear who call our course home, often raising their young in the surrounding forest.

The Creston Golf Club, a championship layout in this pristine setting, offers great golf and scenery that is unmatched.

The present layout is just ten years old, but you would never know it.    The course features a number of elevated tees, challenging greens and a peaceful ambience that cannot be realized at big city courses.   After your first round at Creston, the conversation typically gravitates to the towering tee shots hit at the 7th and 12th holes, where the ball seems to soar for an eternity!
