• InDesign CS • Photoshop 8 or lower (.tif, psd) • Adobe Illustrator 10 or lower (.eps, vector file)
• Press Optimized PDF (all images are CMYK no lower than 300dpi, fonts embedded or converted to outlines, version 5 compatible)

 Supplying Collected Native Files – Include all support files used in your artwork. The program InDesign almost always uses support files. If these files are not included we can’t process your artwork. High resolution images, 300dpi.

 File Transfer – CDs, Email up to 8 mb or smaller, upload to Applied Ftp Site with email confirmation indicating name of file. Contact Shannon at Applied Communications for ftp site username & password.

 Hard Copy – You must supply a hard copy of all disk artwork.This is the only way we can be sure we have not omitted type or pictures. Do not send your original file – make a copy (digital material will not be returned). Please include a contact name and number in case of difficulties.
