#1 -
ALL 'ELECTRONIC SHOW CONTRACT FORMS' RECEIVED ARE CONSIDERED A BINDING
AGREEMENT ON THE PART OF
THE PARTNER TO PARTICIPATE AT THE APPLICABLE 'COST-SHARED' RATE. As
Kootenay Rockies Tourism must commit to integrated floor
layouts and decor well in advance of show dates, to ensure the best
possible presentation on behalf of all participants,
WE ARE
UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS OF
'ELECTRONIC SHOW CONTRACT FORMS'.
#2 -
KOOTENAY ROCKIES TOURISM REQUIRES
EACH PARTNER TO COMPLETE A SHOW REPORT AND PROVIDE A DIGITAL IMAGE OF
THEIR BOOTH (TO BE SUBMITTED TO KOOTENAY ROCKIES UPON COMPLETION OF
EACH SHOW).
#3 - Eligibility for cost-sharing is based on all
booths located contiguously in a Kootenay
Rockies section (show attendance must include representation
consisting of two or more regional operator booths and/or a
consortium booth and/or a single booth containing two or more
regional Partners). All individual booth space
must also conform to the booth space allotment (i.e. height &
width), so there is a consistent presence with all Partners.
Booths and/or print material promoting 'Real Estate Sales'
(or Timeshares/Quarter-Share) within the Kootenay Rockies booth
section, is not permitted and will not be eligible for cost-sharing.
Note, all travel and accommodation expenses are not
cost-shareable.
#4 - The Kootenay Rockies booth section
(Partner's individual booth space) must prominently feature the
Kootenay Rockies Circle Routes Map and have it available in your
booth (& distributed at the show). Plus, each staff member
must be prepared to represent the entire region in addition to their
own property/facility and to answer any regional tourism product
questions.
#5 - Each show has a fixed maximum budget.
To accommodate all Kootenay Rockies
Partners that wish to participate with booth space at
Consumer Shows, Kootenay Rockies
Tourism may have to adjust the percentage at which we are
able to cost-share each booth space. The participation costs above
are indicative of the number of booths we had in the Kootenay
Rockies section last year.
Invoice amounts
may come in higher than the above estimated net-costs.
