DescriptionCasey's is serious about knowing where their food and ingredients come from. Their menu is in-season, year-round as they offer 'farm to fork' menu items. They strive to enhance Creston's slogan 'Growing Together!'.
Appetizers include items such as asparagus wrapped in pasture-raised heritage pork schinkenspeck and brushetta topped with goat cheese and jewel-toned strawberries. An example of a main meal item is Kootenay River Beef, topped with cheese from Kootenay Alpine Cheese Company, bacon from Root & Vine Acres and local potatoes made into fresh tasty french fries.
The brick-clad building is located on Canyon Street, the main corridor through town. The brick work continues from the exterior to the interior, interrupted by multiple garage-style glass doors, an expanse of wood flooring, rustic pieces and custom-made metal lighting mixed with refined leather seating.
The restaurant also includes an area to host semi-private functions of up to 25 people.
