A free event hosted at the Confluence Park from 1-5pm. Meet and bring your voice to a community-generated vision for the future of the rivers, surrounding trails, parks and amenities.
Elk River Shoreline Cleanup – Fernie – Sept 26
11am to 3pm at Dogwood Park Launch,
Come out to help the Elk River Alliance continue to protect the local watershed.
BC Rivers Day – Invermere – Sept 28
Launch at Athalmer Boat Launch,
Celebrate the mighty Columbia River with a paddle from Invermere to Radium.
Elk River Shoreline Cleanup – Sparwood – Sept 28
10am to 2pm at the Elk River Trailhead,
Come out to help the Elk River Alliance continue to protect the local watershed.
Cottonwood Creek Cleanup – Nelson – Sept 29
1-3pm at Cottonwood Falls Park,
Stream cleanup along Cottonwood Creek; families and kids welcome; snacks & refreshments.
