Enjoy touring the Kootenay Rockies region, the communities and the accessible attractions and activities they offer.  Many Provincial Parks also offer accessible features such as adaptive recreation equipment, trail systems and universal-design considerations.

Use these resources to prepare and plan your trip. 
No matter your comfort level or dream destination, there are plenty of ways to begin your adventure.

The Kootenay Adaptive Sport Society offers a number of services including adaptive mountain bike rentals.

And, the Recreation Adapted Society offers handy rental gear boxes for adaptive adventure and outdoor equipment.

The Kimberley Athlete Training Centre offers athlete training and sporting events for people with disabilities.
