Borscht Cook-off - Castlegar

The third annual Borscht Cook-Off is being held at the Doukhobor Discovery Centre. People of all ages are invited to attend and enjoy as much borscht as they can and then vote for their favourite.

Each of the Cook-off participants is invited to bring a gallon of homemade borscht to share with guests as well as judges. At the end of the day, after everyone has enjoyed borscht, the three judges will award one participant as winner. A separate award for the ‘Peoples Choice’ will also be awarded.
