Forest Therapy Drumming Walk – A 3.5 hour walk with the stimulation of Patrick and his flute playing within the forest canopy. As you follow the standard sequence of the walk, you’ll come upon a circle of stumps to sit on with drums for each guest. Drumming among the trees begins! 11am to 2:30pm.
