The Art Gallery of Golden and Studio Gift Shop offers a true reflection of western mountain culture.

The Art Gallery of Golden (AGOG) presents approximately eight solo and group exhibits every year. Most shows are curated in-house while they also present exhibits created by other galleries and artists.

Descant explores hard things. It invites contemplation. This collection of paintings is a visual expression of a reflective journey that she has been on throughout the past several years as all of us have encountered a changing and very troubling world. Certainty about the way things were or about what we have expected to enjoy have been disrupted. Our insecurity has been revealed by world events and she has been led to re-evaluate many things.
