Columbia River Fly Fishing

Guided fishing charters on the Columbia River – single-handed fly-fishing and double-handed fly-fishing for Rainbow Trout.  Columbia River Fly Fishing also offers Walleye fishing charters.

The Columbia River is open year-round and there are two incredible fisheries on this river, Rainbow Trout and Walleye.  The Rainbow Trout is a native species to the river and the Walleye is an invasive species. Both can be caught year-round.

Daily Guided Service

  • Up to two anglers per boat
  • Pick up at the arranged boat ramp
  • Use of rods, reels and lines if needed
  • 6-8 hours guiding (depending on time of year)

Columbia River Fly Fishing is nestled between the cities of Castlegar and Trail.  There are 35 miles of untouched river to fish, from the Hugh Keenleyside damn on the Arrow Lakes to the US border.

This fishery is one of the best tailwater fisheries in the world.
