Dry Gulch Park

 

Dry Gulch Provincial Park is located on the east side of the Rocky Mountain Trench under the peaks of the Stanford Range of the Rockies.  It is 4.5 km (2.5 mi) south of the town of Radium Hot Springs (pictured above) off Highway 93/95. It is a perfect resting place for travellers.

At the hub of numerous recreational activities offered in the Upper Columbia Valley Dry Gulch Provincial Park is a great base camp for golfing, swimming, windsurfing, boating, hiking, bird watching, visiting hot springs and shopping in the towns of Invermere and Radium Hot Springs.

CAMPGROUND – open mid-May to late-September.

Campsite Reservations are accepted and first-come, first-served sites are also available.

  • There are 18 reservable frontcountry sites and 27 vehicle-accessible sites.
  • Four cold water taps are located throughout the park.
  • The six unit flush toilet building is centrally located at the junction of the upper and lower campground loops.
  • Four pit toilets are located in each campground loop.

Activities

  • Bicycles must be kept to roadways.
  • E-bikes are permitted on signed or designated trails within Dry Gulch park.
