Embrace your getaway with a wonderful spa treatment.
Spa services include everything from body treatments to nailcare to life coaching.

Yoga

Yoga classes are also offered.  Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, they provide a supportive space to begin your yoga journey or dive deeper into you practice.

Retreat

A half day Watersong Retreat is also offered for women to reconnect, reset and renew. Through gentle yoga, guided medicine wheel mandala reflection and journaling, a mindful nature walk, mineral pool immersion, relaxing spa service and nourishing food.
