Heather Mountain Lodge is a beautiful 22-room timberframe lodge crafted from massive fir and larch beams pinned together with oak and mahogany dowels. You’ll instantly realize you have arrived at a very special place!
Mother Nature is Heather Mountain Lodge’s muse, they are involved in the Decade of Action, Sustainability Program; they monitor water usage, recycling programs, sewage management and food capture.
To complete the rustic ambiance, the lodge also includes two immense riverstone fireplaces, a dining room, outdoor patio, lounge, games room and gift shop.
Each of the guest rooms include full baths and views of the Alder Creek Valley.

Their food philosophy is simple: wholesome rustic with a good dose of flair. They take the tastes of home and add a modern, refined, fine-dining twist. The a-la-carte menus are carefully developed by the chef and culinary team. They are exciting and contemporary, but with out compromise on traditional tastes.
During the winter season (December-April), Heather Mountain Lodge is a heli-skiing lodge and home to its sister company Great Canadian Heli-Skiing. A maximum of 24 guests each week enjoy a thousand square miles (2,500 square km) of untracked Selkirk powder in groups of four skiers, one guide and a helicopter.
During the summer months (June-September), the lodge is the ideal place from which to base your tour adventure holiday or an overnight stay as you travel the Trans Canada Highway. Activities are endless; choose from heli-hiking, whitewater rafting, mountain biking and much more.
