Monashee Powder Snowcats has been one of the top-ranked powder operations over the past 7 years.
The lodge is located on Tsuius Mountain, southwest of Revelstoke, British Columbia, in the middle of 66 km2 (17,000 acres) of terrain. Tsuius Mountain is on the western edge of Monashee Mountains and receives an average annual snowfall of more than 60 feet.

Monashee Powder operate out of the village of Cherryville (Hwy 6) and their staging area is the Cherryville Golf & Roadhouse Cafe.
Monashee Powder has 4,800 vertical feet of tantalizing peaks, bowls, fabulous trees, beautiful glades and cutblocks full of pillows all the way down to the Shuswap River.
Both lodges are set at an elevation of 5,300 feet and are centrally located in the tenure to facilitate a short ride to exceptional powder and an average of 15,000 to 18,000 vertical feet every day.
Terrain includes 17,000 acres (66 sq kms) of untouched winter wonderland. And, just 24 people enjoying the best that guided backcountry skiing has to offer. From Garnet Ridge in the north to Mimulus Lake in the south, guests experience a variety usually reserved for heli-skiers.
Tsuius Lodge is centrally located in the terrain. It allows for a 10-15 minute cat ride to your first tracks. The Main Lodge offers a dining room, wine bar and upstairs lounge area.
The Guest Chalet, completed November 2010, is a 3-storey 6,000 sq ft lodge that sleeps 24 guests in 16 bedrooms. Each room has its own ensuite and in-floor heating. The property also includes a drying room, hot tub, deck and spectacular views.
Their chefs describe the cuisine as ‘backcountry fine dining with an eclectic flair’. Guests are delighted by every meal, created with fresh ingredients and organic meats. They will also cater to any special menu requirements.
