This fly-fishing guide company has been established since the early 1990s and offer fishing tours on the Columbia and Slocan Rivers. Mountain Valley Sports Fishing & Tours specialize in fly-fishing for Rainbow trout and Walleye.
Their home water is the mighty Columbia River which flows through the cities of Castlegar and Trail. The section of the river they fish contains dozens of fast moving currents, pockets and back eddies, which produce world-class Rainbow trout and Walleye year round. The Columbia is a large, fast flowing river and having an experienced guide is very valuable.
Prime fishing season occurs late-March & April, June & July, and September & October.
