Yasodhara Ashram is a yoga retreat and study centre. They support personal self-development, helping bring quality into lives through yogic tools and experiential learning. Spiritually, they offer a focus on Light and the Divine Feminine, much-needed in our world today.
They have created opportunities for you to experience the Ashram and be in the community in safe ways during these pandemic times. See information on their website about their three-week Yoga Journey and Restorative Retreats. Please note: All on-campus stays require a two-week quarantine retreat period in keeping with provincial pandemic protocols.
Also offered is a Two Month Karma Yoga opportunity and three to eight month Learning Residencies in such areas as the Garden and Preserving Kitchen. Nearby retreat cabins are available for minimum two-week rentals and possible long-term rental. Located at Yasodhara Heights above the Ashram, they offer stunning views, peace and opportunity for your own focus.
Their online classes are receiving positive feedback. Recorded satsangs are popular and take you into the Temple of Light. You may go to YouTube to join them.
On the less technological side, they also send love and Light directly from the Temple each evening at satsang. You may let them know if you or someone you know would like to be on their prayer list.
Drop-in visitors or driving on the Ashram grounds, visiting buildings including the Temple of Light and the Gift Store. They are also closed for lunch, dinner and satsangs.
