Zimmer Ranch

Home to goats, sheep, miniature horses, a large potbelly pig and a flourishing feathered flock of chickens, turkeys, geese, duck and quail, Zimmer Ranch is an adorable little hobby farm in Windermere.

Kari Zimmer enjoys not only living on the ranch but sharing its joys with the wider community.  Through the sales of farm fresh eggs, homemade goods and locally created crafts, her roadside Farm Stand offers a hidden gem hiding in plain sight.

Farm Visits by Donation

A roadside ‘Treat Window’ where you can share snacks with the animals is offered 24/7.  Zimmer Ranch also offers organized Farm Visits and Barnyard Parties which must be booked in advance.

Bed & Breakfast

Enjoy the privacy of your own barn loft guest house complete with a hot tub, full kitchen and seasonal touches. Breakfast is included. 

Special Events

In addition to year-round options, Zimmer Ranch offers some special events such as their annual Santa Visit and Mother’s Day Tea. Spend an afternoon together on the farm visiting with the animals, playing games and having a laugh.
