Zimmer Ranch

Zimmer Ranch is an adorable little hobby farm in Windermere and is home to nearly a dozen four-footed friends and a flourishing feathered flock of chickens, turkeys, geese, duck and quail.

Kari Zimmer enjoys not only living on the ranch but sharing its joys with the wider community.  Through the sales of homemade goat milk soaps, orchard jams, preserves, locally created crafts and farm fresh eggs, her roadside Farm Stand offers a hidden gem hiding in plain sight.

Farm Visits by Donation

A roadside ‘Treat Window’ is offered where you can share snacks with the animals.  Zimmer Ranch also offers organized Farm Visits which must be booked in advance.

Bed & Breakfast

Enjoy the privacy of your own barn loft apartment complete with a hot tub, kitchenette, breakfast and seasonal touches.

2026 Special Events

A Mother’s Day Barnyard Tea will take place on May 10 from 1-4pm. Bring your mom and spend an afternoon together on the farm enjoying a farm walk, afternoon tea and cookie decorating.
