Enjoy the wilderness in a spectacular setting at the Wild Bear Lodge. Five well-appointed cabins create this small luxury wilderness lodge tucked away in beautiful Meadow Creek, North of Kaslo. In their seasons of operation, packages are offered based on the current events. Each year, the owner takes in a small number of guests who come to experience the stunning British Columbia valley, its flora & fauna, and the hauntingly beautiful natural surrounding mountains.
With five cabins on the property, there is no shortage of places to get cozy. The wilderness lodge is great for communal activities and hosting meals made with fresh, local, seasonal & organic materials.
Excellent spring wildlife viewing with the opportunity to see some of the Kootenay Rockies mountainous creatures such as bears, elk, coyote, porcupine, beaver, and occasionally a wolf or large cat.
